Reviews For Family Fun Magazine

Family Fun is the Best

I started subscribing to Family Fun three years ago. I absolutely LOVE this magazine! There are tons of great stuff for any situation or budget.
There are ideas on travel, holidays, crafts, food projects. I loves doing the activities with my children and they have so much fun. The holiday
decorating is not Martha Stewart, but they are fun and much easier. I just can't say enough about this magazine.

I have recommended this to three friends and they have become loyal subscribers. The video, book and software reviews are great if you are not sure about what's on the market. The only drawback is that of course Disney products get high ratings almost all of the time--of course, the magazine is owned by Disney.

Could it make it easier??

I get alot of magazines about kids including Family Fun, Parenting, Baby Talk and the list goes on. I love Family Fun cause it has something for all ages that is educational, cheap and enjoyable.

In most of the magazines it seems that they are filled with ads and information that is not always useful. This one has age specific activities but alot are good for all ages. I hate having to tell one kid that they can do one thing but that others can't. Not only does it have activities to do but it also gives us parents some useful information about the holiday that is coming up. I don't know about the rest of you parents but I know that without Family Fun I would have never been able to explain where leap year came from.

I love all the other magazines but if you hate getting the ones that are not cheap or the ones that you only get a few ideas from I guarantee that Family Fun will give you lots of thrills and plenty of fun for everyone so defiantly chose it first.

Full of fun things to do!

My neighbor told me about this magazine..it happened to have a good snack recipe in it that she thought I might like to try. So I thumbed through it and found it to be VERY interesting! Not only did it have good recipes in it for toddler children, but it gave GREAT ideas for things to do with them. On a rainy day or snowy day or no school day what could you do? The same ol' stuff. But this magazine every month gives you some good home projects and activities to do.

I have gotten about 6 magazines so for and have kept them all...because there seems to be something you can always go back to look at.

It also gives you ideas for vacation spots, book and video reviews, contests and ideas and solutions to just about anything.

I was getting bored with the other parent type magazines..seemed like they were always talking about the same old stuff. But this magazine has brought me out of that same old dull magazine mode!

I would recommend it to anyone who has young children.

family fun magazine

I have subscribed to Family Fun for over two years now and highly recommend it to all parents and teachers. I am a full time mother of 4 and teach 4 and 5 years old Mission Friends once a week. This magazine is full of self=esteem building ideas and how to share that with the children in your life. there are special holiday issues and the price is unbelievably low for a one year subscription. They offer travel advice on great destinations for families. The destinations are all over America from vacation ideas to learning adventures. The crafts and food ideas are easy to understand and create. The magazine is colorful and
FUN!

Lots of Answers from Family Fun

Family Fun is a terrific magazine for families with kids. It has given me so many ideas for so many holidays and parties and vacations. I could not even begin to list them all. They explain their crafts to a tee. Their recipes are simple and easy, for adults and children alike. They have great ads. The magazine really has families in mind when they are writing. I think this magazine is the best. If you are just starting out with your child or children making crafts, cooking, and even planning vacation time, this magazine really lets your child get involved with the planning. I would absolutely recommend this to all parents. It is worth a subscription.

TIME TOGETHER

Take some time to be together. Let FAMILY FUN be your guidebook.

Every issue is brimming with easy, fun, activities for the whole family.

This is one subscription that doesn't sit idle in the bathroom reading room. Don't overlook this magazine because you aren't a crafty bunch.
There is just oodles of activities that don't involve crafts. Those that are craft related are often so simple, so cute and so cost free, most of the time you have all the materials in your own home.

It's not too late to pick up the April edition and make some real together time for your family.

In this issue:

There are Easter and Passover ideas you might not of thought of.
Wonderful projects to celebrate spring with your family.
A Vacation planning guide for Summer 2000.
Interesting animals games to test your family's animal instincts.

My favorite part if the Family Almanac. This month challenge is called A PENNY POOL..and asks the questions how many drops of water will fit on a penny? Use a penny and drinking straw and find out yourself. Just like Family Fun Magazine it might be MORE than you think!

Worth the money!

The first time I saw this magazine was years ago when we were visiting a friend and I sat and read every issue she had while we were there for the weekend. Family Fun is one of my most favorite magazines, both to read and give as a gift. There is something for all family members in each issue. My family looks forward to the craft and cooking projects that are in each issue. Another favorite is the travel/special events sections. We look and see what special events are close to us and many times plan a day trip around them. We have been able to do things we didn't even know existed until we read about it in Family Fun.

Every issue of the magazine is packed full of ideas for everyone in your family and I highly recommend checking it out.

What a resource!

In my seven years as a girl scout leader I have not found a resource as helpful as this magazine! It is simply the best. The craft ideas are tried and true, recipes are kid favorites and the trip suggestions are great as well. I have taken both my family and my troop on some of the suggested family travel destinations and was delighted at the travel information the magazine provided. I look forward to it's arrival every month!

Family Fun-Awesome Magazine

I have been a subscriber to Family Fun Magazine for years. I have two children, age 6 and 8. We are always finding fun things to do together inside this magazine. It is always filled with great arts and crafts projects every month. The age range for these projects are always very versatile. They almost always use things that are very inexpensive or can be found easily around the house. Even my oldest daughter loves to sit and read the magazine and its articles. It is just wonderful all around. I would recommend this magazine to anyone that loves to spend time with their family and have FUN, FUN, FUN!!!

Family Fun/Family Friendly

Our family has been enjoying Family Fun for the past two years and I am happy to highly recommend it! We have used past issues for Science Projects and many holiday decorating tips. One feature we truly enjoy is the Travel Section - many issues feature a "Day Trip" with exciting locations across the U.S. with itineraries for multi-stops during the adventure. Additional articles list family friendly hotels, inns and resorts for extended travel plans.
Family Fun also has a wide variety of recipes that are always a delight to make and expand our daily menus. Many of them are appropriate for children to make for themselves with some supervision.
The magazine is successful in its efforts to provide multi-cultural recipes, menus and decorating ideas as well as in-sight into celebrations that appeal to many different ethic backgrounds.
