- If I change my mind and want to cancel, can I get a refund?
At MagsConnect.com we strive to meet and exceed your expectations. All orders are fully cancellable as long as the cancel request is received within 48 hours of the time the order is placed. After that, in most cases cancellations will not be accepted. There's a good reason for this policy.
All orders are pre-paid to the publishers and processed promptly so as to ensure that the subscription begins as quickly as possible. MagsConnect.com differs from other online subscription services in that we never offer free trials or come-ons. We negotiate with publishers for the lowest rates available by pledging that we will only process legitimate, pre-paid orders from consumers who are sure of what they want when placing orders.
We do recognize that special situations may arise when a magazine ceases publication or editorial content changes. In such events, please contact us at 1-888-680-MAGS (6247) Weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm Eastern time, or email us customercare@MagsConnect.com. All such cases will be handled on an individual, case-by-case basis.
- Is your site secure?
- At MagsConnect.com, we value your privacy and consider security to be one of our highest priorities. To ensure this, we use the highest level of 128 bit AES-encryption available from GoDaddy - a leader in Internet security. Encryption makes it very difficult for unauthorized people to view information travelling between computers.
- How can you sell the same magazines for much lower prices than the publishers?
There are several reasons; Unlike the publishers, who usually sell only one title (their own), we are a magazine agent for multiple clearinghouse’s, with access to over 1000’s of titles. Unlike the clearinghouses, we don't have a national spokesman and expensive advertising campaigns. We also don't have any expensive gimmicks.
- How do I find a specific title?
One of our primary goals at MagsConnect.com is to make our website as user-friendly as possible. That is why we have provided you with multiple means for finding your desired magazine. The upper banner of our website features various options to browse magazines by category, browse by price options or browse by best selling titles. A search box is also available, in which you can type in a specific word or phrase

- Why do you need my email address?
We maintain your account under your email address. Should a problem ever arise regarding your subscription, we would notify you via email.
- Why haven't I received an email confirmation or a response from Customer Service?
After every order is placed on our website, we send out an email confirmation letter to the email address that you provide in your order. Additionally, when you email our customer service department at customercare@MagsConnect.com, an automatic response is sent to let you know that we have received your inquiry. We then address and respond to every email inquiry within 24-48 hours.
If you are not receiving email correspondence from us, please check your SPAM or Junk Mail folder and SPAM filters to make sure that email messages from www.MagsConnect.com are able to be received. Please also make sure that the email address that you provide when placing your order is spelled correctly since any errors may result in non-receipt of your confirmation emails from us.
Delivery of your subscription
- What if I need to change my address?
If possible, please inform us 6 to 8 weeks in advance of your moving date, to ensure that you don't miss an issue of your subscription. You may inform by logging into your account via our website and updating your shipping address. Alternatively, you may email us at customercare@MagsConnect.com to submit a change of address request.
- Do you deliver outside of the U.S.?
Since you are presently on our American website, we deliver to any address within the continental U.S.
However, if you are a resident of Canada and would like to receive magazines at your home, please visit MagsConnect.ca for Canadian shopping.
As well, if you are a resident of UK and would like to receive magazines at your home, please visit MagsConnect.co.uk for UK shopping.
- Do you ship to PO Box or Penitentiary addresses?
MagsConnect does ship to PO Box and Penitentiary addresses. If for any reason we cannot fulfill service to the address provided (issues returned to publisher), we will either request that a new address be provided or we will issue a refund for subscription.
- How long will it take to receive my first issue?
MagsConnect.com will process your order immediately. Once it has been processed, it will be submitted to the publisher and must be processed by them as well. Often, this takes no more than 8 to 10 weeks. Therefore, for most magazines expect it to take up to 10 weeks for your first issue to start, or for your label to reflect a renewal. Please bear in mind as well that monthly and bi-monthly magazines are subject to the publishers shipping schedule, and will be mailed accordingly.
- What happens if I miss an issue?
Let us know immediately. Sometimes magazines get lost in the mail. If that happens, the publisher will send you another copy (if available) or extend your subscription for the issue or issues missed.
- What happens if I get two copies of the same magazine?
Occasionally subscriptions for the same person may be entered with different versions of the same name. For example, John Doe and J. Doe are the same person, but the computer does not know that and it produces two labels. If this happens to you, email us at customercare@MagsConnect.com, or send us the address labels from both copies and tell us which magazine was duplicated. We will correct the error.
- Who sends the magazines?
Whether you order from the publisher directly or through MagsConnect.com, magazines are mailed directly by the publishers from their printing facilities.
- How do I place a gift order?
You will be given the option to change the shipping name and address during checkout. Once you have created and/or logged in to your account, you will see a list of the magazines you have ordered and the address they are being shipped to.
- What if I need to change my address for my gift subscription?
If possible, please inform us 6 to 8 weeks in advance of the gift recipients moving date, to ensure that he/she doesn't miss an issue of thier subscription. You may inform by logging into your account via our website and updating the shipping address. Alternatively, you may email us at customercare@MagsConnect.com to submit a change of address request.
- Can I renew my subscription through your service?
Regardless of where you placed your original magazine order, MagsConnect.com can submit a renewal for your current subscription. When your shipping information is submitted to the publisher they automatically match it up with your current account and append your new order to the end of your current subscription. This ensures that the order placed through us starts AFTER the expiration of your current subscription.
- I received a renewal notice directly from the magazine. What should I do?
Some magazine publishers' computer systems will generate a renewal notice, but you do not need to respond to these, since MagsConnect takes care of your renewals.
- What is an Auto-Renewal?
Auto-Renewal allows you to continue your subscription at the end of the subscription term without the hassle of remembering when to renew. You'll receive an email notification when it's time to renew, at which time we will charge the credit/debit card you used to make your purchase at the low subscriber rate then in effect. You may cancel at any time during your subscription by contacting Customer Care as always, Auto-Renewal Service orders come with the MagConnect Satisfaction Guarantee. You will be 100% satisfied or you'll receive a 100% refund for all undelivered issues, at any time, for any reason.
- What about subscription price increases?
If a price has to increase, you'll know about it well in advance. MagsConnect provides the most competitive prices possible. If we can't avoid passing along a renewal price increase to our customers, we'll send you the details in your written reminder before your card is charged the new rate. If you're not satisfied with the new price, you're always free to discontinue your subscription without penalty.
