Reviews For Woman's Day Magazine

Makes housework Interesting!!!

I'm always learning new tips and getting ideas on how to keep a house clean, tidy, and fashionable. I learn so much just from 1 magazine, and I buy them for only 99 cents each!!! I don't have a subscription yet, but I always buy each month's issue. I also love the great recipes! There are also touching stories about real families and shows real women's houses and how they've decorated with them! I love this magazine!

Recipes galore

The first time I ever bought an issue of Woman's day, i expected it to be filled with not too interesting articles about middle ages woman and recipes to go with that image..i bought an issue of Family Circle one of my favorite home and lifestyle magazines at the time.
I was surprised to find Woman's Day filled with great photographs, modern relevant articles and tips..

I would rate this magazine in this order with Family Circle 1st and Woman's Day 2nd and Good Housekeeping 3rd.

BUY IT ..it's well worth the read...or gift it to your mum or girlfriend. Christmas is coming !!

Millenium Mom

As we leave the Twentieth Century today we all know that the lives of women everywhere has changed. And myself, as a busy mom of two pre-teens, as a busy mom working out of the home and as a busy mom over the age of fifty, I know myself well enough to know that I need help to keep up with todays lifestyles. And that is where Woman's Day comes in.

This magazine is the tried and true habit that I allow myself to have every week as I go through the grocery check-out line.

What women today has time to grocery shop let alone read various types of magazines on a consistent basis? I have all my needs met regarding decorating, food preparation, make-up, keeping up with kids, etc. in one magazine at a very affordable price.

After the groceries are put way, I take some personal time and sit down with a "nice" cup of tea and read my Woman's Day. As the season's change the material inside the magazine keeps right up to date.

Keep up the good work, Woman's Day!

Great magazine for crafts and cooking projects!!!!!!!

If you need craft or cooking ideas, then this magazine is great for that!! Some of the recipes, they have listed, are delicious and doesn't take much time to prepare and cook.

Around the holiday times, they have plenty of ideas for crafts that you can do. The price is very reasonable too!!!!!

There usually are plenty of interesting articles to read too. I have no complaints about this magazine. Buy a copy at the store, to see if you'll like it and then get a subscription. Subscriptions are much cheaper, then buying a copy in the store all the time.

Women Read

The woman's day magazine is a useful and fully packed tool. It contains many things that are of use to all. As a teacher, I find many craft ideas as well as, recipes that are very easy and useful in my daily career. After getting Martha Stewart and comparing the idea pages and recipes I would choose Woman's Day every time.Several of the Christmas crafts are used in my classroom. We have made cookies from the magazine and I have enjoyed all articles. It is not loaded with advertisements which is all that the Martha Stewart magazines seem to have.

A good magazine to pass the time

I subscribe to Woman's Day magazine. I work full time and have a family to take care of so I don't have a lot of time to sit down and read.

Woman's Day fits the bill when I have a few minutes to just sit down and read something. The magazine always has good recipes, many of them quick and easy, that I can try. It also features a 2 month menu planner every other month. While some of the menus are not what I would eat,it does give me ideas to try out during the month.

Woman's Day usually will also have some crafts you can try and make. While I am not crafty, I like to look at the pictures and sometimes it will give me an idea for my home.

They also have some fashion articles and my favorite "the makeover:. Love to look at those before and after pictures.

You can also get Woman's Day on the newstand. It is reasonably priced and while not packed with articles,it's a good value for your money.

Love It!

I am only twenty years old! I have a three and a half year old and am pregnant again, married and a homeowner, though the target audience for this magazine is a little older, I find that it is great for me! It has sooo many recipes, sentimental articals, decorating tips, cleaning tricks and more! I love reading it, and have every issue for the past 4 years still in my posession, I just can't bear to through one of them away! I always think "I might need to read that again...." I really love it! Read It!
